CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Due to the extensive time, preparation, and limited availability required for our services, all appointments are reserved exclusively for each client and often block multiple hours in a highly limited schedule. For this reason, we strictly enforce our cancellation and rescheduling policy. All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Notice given less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment when proper 48-hour notice is provided. Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, or failure to show for an appointment (no-call/no-show) will result in the full service amount being charged to the card on file. By booking, you authorize us to charge the remaining balance if this occurs. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment at our discretion. In such cases, the deposit will be lost, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. We reserve appointment times specifically for you, and missed appointments result in lost income that cannot be recovered. This policy is firm and non-negotiable.
